Google Play store updated to v4.8.19 with PayPal support and some sweet UI changes

Following the announcement earlier today about addition of PayPal support for payments in Play store,
Google is now rolling out an update to the Play store app making
available the option to pay for apps via PayPal. Plus, there are some
more changes to the Play store including UI changes in the headers of
Movies, Music, Books listings and G+ profiles. And most importantly, the
app permissions section is now more simplified than ever.
